    We boast to have taken over 95 patent applications till grant in India. We also have filed and processed several International Patent Applications (PCT) and National Phase Applications including US, Europe, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Canada. We have also represented our clients in various patent oppositions and litigations. Having filed over 300 Trade Mark applications and handled several opposition and rectification cases, we possess a strong expertise in Trade Marks. We have also actively defended Trade Marks in many litigations. We have filed over 80 Design applications with the Indian Patent Office taking them till grant. We possess special expertise in Copyright matters having filed over 500 applications for various forms of copyrights including literary and dramatic, artistic, sound recordings and cinematographic work. Moreover we have represented our clients in TM litigations thereby providing relief. Similarly litigations in the field of cyber crime and consumer disputes have been resolved by us through mediation.
